Henry "OCTAGON SCREW MOUNT" Sight
For the Henry rifles that are drilled and tapped under the factory barrel mounted sight.Ā (Please look under theĀ factory rear sight) (This is for octagon barreled rifles)
#H004 ~ Golden Boy's and #H001T ~ Frontier's
This sight uses the factory drilled holes on the barrel flat just forward of the receiver on the Henry Octagon rifles.
These are 8-40 screw size, mounting holes are .500" C - C.Ā FitsĀ other makes and models such as the Mossberg 500/800/900 series shotguns.
Supplied with mounting screws and hex wrenches for installation.

Be sure to order aĀ Dovetail Slot BlankĀ (addĀ link) toĀ fill the slot left when you removeĀ the factory "notch" rear sight.
This sight generally requires a taller front sight. Ā No promises (please see our FAQ page) but our 3/8"X.600"Ā Front Sight or .570" Fiber Optic are good places to start.
(Sight is .420" from top of barrel to center of aperture)
(Ships with a .125" aperture installed)
